Returns

Most items are made to order and all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with photographs so that we can arrange a replacement. In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, subject to prior approval and return in original condition. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply.
